Pricing displayed on the website is for reference only and may not be correct at the time we invoice it. In these circumstances, you will be notified prior to the order being despatched to you for your approval. All prices displayed include GST where applicable.

APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Bencorp against any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost, charge, expense or outgoing which Bencorp pays, suffers, incurs or is liable for in respect of:
- any breach by you of these terms and conditions; and
- any use by you of the site.
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact our sales office via email at info@bencorp.com.au or call 1800 882 966 or 02 9567 9166. You will be given a Returns Authority number, and the method of collection will be arranged.
If the goods are faulty or were incorrectly supplied by us, then they will cheerfully be replaced.
If you chose it incorrectly, there may be a re-stocking fee, especially if the goods were obtained as a special order.
REFUNDS
If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately and the bencorp staff will advise procedures for return of the product (See above).
